Data Deletion

1. What you can delete

You have full control over the data in your account. You can either:

  1. Sign in to Funnel & Trace at funnelandtrace.com.
  2. Open the Meta tab from the top navigation.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the connected ad account.
  4. Confirm the action. Your OAuth access token is immediately deleted from our database. We will no longer fetch ad data from Meta for your account. Previously synced spend data remains in your Funnel & Trace account so your historical reports stay intact — if you want that data also removed, see Section 3 below for full account deletion.

3. How to delete your entire account

To permanently delete your Funnel & Trace account and all associated data:

We will verify the request by replying from support@funnelandtrace.com, confirm you wish to proceed, and then process the deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request. In most cases the deletion is completed within 7 days.

When we delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

Once deletion is complete, the data cannot be recovered.

4. Data we may retain

After account deletion, we may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes — for example, anonymized server logs for security and abuse-prevention, or basic records of the deletion request itself for our compliance records. Any such retained data is fully de-identified and cannot be used to reconstruct your account.

5. Deleting Meta-sourced data specifically

If you only wish to delete data that originated from Meta (your ad-spend history and the OAuth token), without deleting your entire Funnel & Trace account, email support@funnelandtrace.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request. We will delete all Meta-sourced data from your account within 30 days while preserving your funnel configurations and your own tracking-event data.

6. Verifying your identity

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we require you to send the deletion request from the email address registered to the account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us and we will work with you to verify your identity through alternative means.
